Hotel Balsa Inn Puno

Wonderful stay, as always. Fairly clean hotel, services were good and location was perfect near main square. Loved the double room I had with cable TV, the King bed, for example. The lobby was comfortable with decent staff.

Enjoyed this place, it was clean and had very good location and staff. The restaurant was nice with excellent service here, I had warm dishes. A shower, a hair dryer and bath sheets were a plus.

I loved nice location and staff, and so much more. Great that they have wheelchair accessible rooms with cable TV, bath so great help, hot shower; everyone is welcome here. Lots of meals for breakfast, including fresh bread, scrambled eggs, cereals, fruit and toast...

Excellent service, OUTSTANDING food and ideal location just next door to the Restaurants and other touristic infrastructure and the city square and the monastery, which is totally worth checking out. I had a twin room and I loved it.

All of the staff was attentive and efficient. There were comfortable beds and a safe, a minibar and central heating in the queen room. We had a buffet breakfast, it included scrambled eggs, fruit, toast, bread and cereals and was hearty! Magnificent and marvellous location very close to Central Market.

Every detail was pleasant from the beginning, including staff and location, I loved it. Cosy bedrooms and a modern bathroom. A straightforward place to stay in Puno.

The hotel was fairly clean and suitable, had strong wi-fi. Staff were efficient, setting is in 10 minutes' walk to the downtown. I loved that it was really close to Sushi Ten Bento, cause I prefer eating out.

So close to lake titicaca, 10 minutes' walk to Puno train station. You’ll need about 10 minutes to reach puno cathedral on foot. The restaurant was located within 500 feet

there were helpful staff, hearty breakfast. rooms were large.
